Hp Pavilion Gaming 15-Amd Ryzen 5 15.6 Inches, Windows 11 Home/Ms Office15-Ec2048Ax suffered a motherboard damage due to shortcircuit.

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an urgent issue with my HP Pavilion 15 (AMD Ryzen, Windows 11) laptop. It shut down unexpectedly while charging, and I’ve been told the motherboard is damaged due to a short circuit.

I'm looking for:

An HP authorised service centre near me

Access to genuine HP parts (especially the motherboard)

Budget-friendly repair or replacement options

I want to ensure that the repair is reliable and covered under genuine HP policies, if applicable. Any leads or suggestions would be truly appreciated. I’m based in Kolkata/Siliguri, India]. Thanks in advance for your help!
