Can someone please help me as well.  I have the same issue with my spectre motherboard.  I spent over $2000 on this laptop.  There's so many other people that are having the same motherboard issue.  I agree that there should have been a recall.   A lot have been resolved for free by simply sending the laptop to HP for repair.  Can you please show me the same curtesy by having someone that's aware of this issue kindly contact me so that we can resolve this issue in a timely manner.
