i bought an hp laptop ( spectre x360) 3 years ago; it’s a 2in1 pretty decent laptop ( pretty expensive at that time too) that i was stoked to have as my birthday present.. unfortunately tho, it stopped working the past year and a half .. it either won’t turn on at all or it would turn on then suddenly turn off after less than half an hour .. i had several local technicians look it up and they all agreed it was a motherboard issue which would cost me the price of a new laptop to fix! I’m so disappointed with this model issue and i really had no time to use my laptop.. And even when i did i used it very lightly for university researches! So I didn’t misuse it in ANY way to cause the problem it has!! This is disappointing to me and all my friends and family who were trying to find a solution with me and i really think it’s a shame that a company makes such a decent laptop that would just stop working and become useless in no time !! I hope this honest review/ complain reaches the company and everyone thinking of purchasing this model
