Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am facing issue on motherboard and its not power on. When I checked with hp care they confirmed motherboard have problem and can’t repair/ replace as it was US make laptop.

yes, I brought this laptop in US at Costco store. Now I moved to India due to my work life. 

Can I get support to resolve my issue ?

We're just a bunch of part-time volunteers here providing community support to HP users.  We have no authority to intervene in, or override, anything that HP has already told you.  If they have said HP will not fix it, that is the situation.
