Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So, I’ve been wanting to upgrade my laptop for some time, I ordered some parts to upgrade it, and now I want more RAM, and a new CPU, but they are soldered on. I’ve been trying to find a motherboard that has a better CPU, like i7, and more RAM. I’ve been searching for so long. So i decided to post here for hopes that someone will tell me the price of a motherboard to replace it. I also tried searching the parts store. EVERYWHERE.

Thanks, So I have to contact HP Repair? I have just moved, so it might be a bit hard, so can I go to any other repair shop or do i have to go to Hp directly?
