15-ba113cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a 15-ba113cl laptop that has a bad MB(A10-9600p) cpu. I wanted to get a MB with a Intel processor on it. I was looking at the MB's from 15-ay laptop and from what I can tell the MB's are the same except for the heat sink. Before I spend a lot of money on a i7 MB I would like to know if this exchange is possible. Thanx

Physically the 15-dy and 15-ba would not be the same, port locations may not line up properly. The replacement cost is not cheap, buying new machine would be better.

Regards.
