I have been for the past 11 days for waiting for replacement of motherboard to happen but instead wheneveri ask what is the status I keep getting that the part can't be found, or sometimes it has got delayed in transport. And as of not it been again said it's been ordered. I don't get it what type of service is even hp providing. They are blatantly lying at this point. Whenever I ask what happened to the part delivery I rather told that it is case sensitive knowledge what does this even mean. I just want to get my laptop repaired but no I have wait without any update.
