A replacement motherboard if purchased from the US would be pricey, and I am not sure how you would be able to order one in your country, as seen in this eBay-US purchase option: For HP x360 13-aw I7-1065G7 CPU 8G Motherboard DA0X3AMBAG0 L71989-001 L71989-601 | eBay.
