Is it possible to upgrade Motherboard with i3 to another Motherboard with i7 on.?

Part number 903739-601 is Motherboard (system board) - With Intel Core i3-6100U dual-core processor (2.4GHz, 3MB Level-3 cache, 15W TDP), UMA graphics memory, and Sure View privacy features - For use in models WITHOUT WWAN and with Windows
Yes, it also for for low end HP 840 G3. I don't know why the manual is also for 840 G3 but the list on page 72 says nothing about 840 G3 but from the following list, I believe 848 and 840 share same boards both are 14" machines.

Yes, please use the list on page 72 of the following manual

Note: the board will include new Windows key. You can't use the old one.
