Hello,since i upgraded my ram from 8gb.2133Mhz to 16gb 2400Mhz,i did not find any advanced settings in the bios F.36 (2020). Is ther anyway to access it. ? Thanks.

If only it were that easy. No, HP supplies memory which is running at the fastest speed possible with the motherboard. You cannot get faster speeds out of the memory. I'm sure the -2400 memory works but at -2133 speed.

There are no advanced BIOS settings. HP consumer notebooks purposely have a very barebones BIOS interface. What do you think you need to do in the BIOS?

Thanks for your answer. Ok,then. I just wanted to go from 2133MHz from my previous ram to my new ram frequency 2400MHz.

yes it throttle at 2133

it works fine,everything got from little faster to much faster.

i have another question please: my pc charger is at 45w. can i use a 65w or even a 90 w without damaging my battery  (original HP charger of course) ? thanks

Well yes as long as the plug is the same and the voltage is the same. The battery will charge a little faster but the laptop will only draw as much power as needed during on time.
