My trackpad has been jerky and erratic lately so I completed the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Mouse/Touchpad Drag And Drop Test. It failed on the "Right" part of the test and gave the error code: MBW4W8-83L9GG-MFPX6J-G1SV13. When I search for the code I can't find anything, so any assistance identifying this code and possible solutions would be appreciated.
