I was doing a Mouse/Touchpad Drag and Drop Test and the results came back with this failure code:
GQC36J-8K990L-MFPWMF-G1W703
I can't seem to find any help on this.

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand you've performed a hardware test and it failed on the mouse/touchpad with the failure ID,
I'd like to thank you for the detailed description of your concern,
as you have ensured I don't have to ask any more questions, that said, I've managed to decipher the failure ID,
And here's what it represents:
ID - GQC36J-8K990L-MFPWMF-G1W703
Failure Code - 807 - Mouse Button Failure
I'm afraid this would confirm a hardware malfunction and replacing the touchpad/mouse would fix the issue,
You could purchase the part from HP, use the HP Parts surfer to identify the part: Click here & order it via the HP Parts store (Click here) or alternatively, Contact HP for setting up an order/service via phone support.
HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:
