Mouse pointer moves on the screen

first; apologies if my language is a bit weird. I am Dutch and not an IT person but a Personal Assistant who needs her laptop almost 18hrs a day..

Since November 2019 I have my HP Spectre.. An enormous investment but light and heavy duty. So perfect for me to make notes during meetings, to have lots of open and to browse the internet. 

BUT while making notes, prepare my minutes, the mouse pointer on my screen moves itself.. 

So when writing pages of text, and I type "blind" enabling myself to produce lots of text in the shortest time, the cursor switches to another part of the screen and continues there. Since the Spectre I cannot type blind anymore, have to watch the screen all the time and correct lots of text.

I need your help. 

I called HP service desk and was assisted by a highly irritated person who wondered why I was not an IT person as this was her normal contactperson. So that did not help.

I used the help function on the screen; but was forwarded to an HP employee in the USA and that person, because in the USA, was only allowed to help people in the USA and not someone in the Netherlands. That did also not help.

I tried to google the problem. I installed BIOS, the latest.. I installed a touchpad blocker. That helps a little.

But still spectre decides when its time to type somewhere else on the screen...
