Mouse problem after wake up from sleep-mode

Hello,
After my PC wake up from sleep-mode, i can not longer use no mouses (usb wire, Bluetooth or wireless with dongle). 
I hope someone has a solution for me ?

Do these fixes and test:

I. Disable USB selective suspend

1. Press `Win + R`.
2. Type `powercfg.cpl` and press `Enter`.
3. Click Change plan settings beside your active power plan.
4. Click Change advanced power settings.
5. Expand USB settings → USB selective suspend setting.
6. Set it to Disabled.
7. Click Apply → OK.

II. Stop USB hubs from powering off

1. Press `Win + X` → Device Manager.
2. Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
3. Open each item named:
- USB Root Hub
- Generic USB Hub
- USB Root Hub (USB 3.0)
4. Select Properties → Power Management.
5. Uncheck: "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
6. Click OK and repeat for every USB hub.

III. Apply the same setting to Bluetooth

1. In Device Manager, expand Bluetooth.
2. Open your Bluetooth adapter, such as Intel Wireless Bluetooth or Realtek Bluetooth.
3. Go to Power Management.
4. Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
5. Click OK.

If the Power Management tab is unavailable, skip that device.

4. Restart and test correctly

Restart the PC once and test

If it still fails, disable Fast Startup:

1. Press `Win + R`.
2. Enter `control`.
3. Open Power Options → Choose what the power buttons do.
4. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
5. Untick Turn on fast startup.
6. Click Save changes and restart.
