Pavilion 15-cb0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In the last few days multiple keys on my keyboard have stopped working, I have had no problems at all for the whole time I've had the laptop then suddenly a few days ago quite a few of them have stopped working (I have had to use the on-screen keyboard for some of this!). I don't know if this is coincidental with a windows update a few days ago

I knew some didn't work but after having done a keyboard tester there are quite a few more, the 14 keys that no longer work are as follows:

F1, F8, F12, Prt Scn, Scroll Lock, +/=, Caps Lock, B, N, Insert, Delete, 7 (on Numpad) and / (on Numpad)

I have tried different fixes. HP Support Assistant and Windows Update are both up to date, multiple restarts have been done. I have tried uninstalling the keyboard driver and restarting to reinstall it.

I have tried pressing Escape when it restarts and nothing happens

Please advise if there's anything else I can do to fix this?
