The mute button work but the led stuck at red.

The wlan button doesen't work and the led work.

I had update my laptop recently to windows 10 with clean installation.

Sorry for my English, I'm Italian.

Did you attempt to reinstall the Audio & wireless drivers?  Or update it from the HP website?

(Click here to find and install it, if you haven't)


If the issue persists, I recommend you reinstall the drivers using the recovery manager:

CLICK HERE FOR MORE STEPS AND INSTRUCTIONS.
 (by the end of this document, all the issues should be resolved)
