Product: HP EliteBook Folio 9470m Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hikvision ssd that I just got 2 months ago and somehow out of no where my laptop went updating on its own so I waited but it took too much time so I shut it down and when restarting it said there's no bootable driver so I tried to format it and set up windows again on it so while trying to connecting it via USB 3.0 to sata cable it connects then it dissconects after like 10 seconds (but I somehow managed to format it within that period of time) and I tried to see if its my cable that's not working and it was working completely fine with my other HDD, it also happened when I installed my SSD internally so I can setup win 10 on it but it also doesn't detect it after like 10 seconds while my other HDD doesn't so I know its not a problem in the laptop's hardware.  it just gets disconnected (internally and externally) within 10 seconds.

So if anybody can help please do. My laptop is so slow now because of the HDD.
