My understanding is that its a driver issue. HP never issued Windows 10 drivers and there is no good driver which provides dual graphics in Windows 10 on that model. Perhaps @Paul_Tikkanen can confirm or refute.

Hi, @PEJO_EN_PUISSAN

Huffer is correct.

You will never be able to get the switchable graphics adapters to work in W10 as no drivers were ever released to HP by AMD/Intel for W10.

You will have to live with the status quo, or go back to Windows 7.

So, i must install windows 8.1 to run my AMD Radeon 7400M séries????

I must go back at windows 7 only ??

HP Recommended

If the Windows 8 AMD/Intel switchable graphics driver also works on W8.1, you can install W8.1.

As far as I am aware your notebook came with HP with W7.
