Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14b-ca0013dx

My chromebook has stopped charging. It started going in and out a few days ago and I switched chargers. I have also tried different outlets to see if it was something else. It was charging last night so I let it charge all night and this morning it was dead and not charging. I shut it down and restarted it and plugged it in. The light came on and it charged to 48% but then stopped again. Now it is just going down and won't charge. I tried the reset and nothing is changing.

So it still runs when plugged in? Seems likely the battery needs to be replaced. How old is the Chromebook? If you can provide us a model number we can provide you specific help in replacing the battery, should that turn out to be the problem.
