Product: HP 15 Notebook PC

PROBLEM: In the upgrade Windows 10 (window) as it is trying to dowload.... at 89%... it stops and tries to redownload, over and over. Seems to be freezing then starts over again. I did troubleshoot,  up pops,  "there are updates waiting to be downloaded" I apply fix as suggested, but then it says to delete and reinstall something, i apply fix again, still not able to fix this issue. This laptop has caused more problems than what it is worth.

I recommend you download and install the Windows update troubleshooter from the below link and run it and it will automatically fix all windows update issues.
