hello i have HP ENVY TouchSmart 17-j023cl Notebook PC and my wife not support 5G i want change wifi cheap OR adapter my question is any adapter support with my product or support my (BIOS) and also support 5G

wifi you mean not your wife, right? Yes you have a wireless-N-2230 card right now which is 2.4 ghz band only. Thanks for the picture it shows us that you do have 2 antennae so you can install one of the better wireless cards. This card was offered on your model from the factory:

 

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 802.11ac 1×1 WiFi + BT 4.0 Combo Adapter 710662-001

 

It does operate in the 5 ghz band but the 7260ac is an even better option:

Where are you located and we can help you find one to buy? You obviously have figured out how to get to where you need to be to install it. There is no BIOS whitelist issue on your model I know from personal experience as I uased to own a laptop in that model series and upgraded the wifi card myself.
