Product: HP ENVY x360 2 in 1 Laptop 15 - ew0023dx (695B0UA)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP ENVY x360 2 in 1 Laptop 15 - ew0023dx (695B0UA) has 16GB RAM and I want to upgrade it to 64GB RAM. Although the Microsoft command prompt tells me I have the capacity to do so, Max Kilobites 67108864, same as 64GB. I've heard that this model cannot be upgraded. Does anyone know about this?

The memory can be removed and replaced according to chapters 1 and 5 of the service manual.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide

 

HP indicates the max memory is 2 x 8 GB but the command you ran shows otherwise.

 

You should be able to install 2 x 32 GB of DDR4-3200 CL22 memory in your notebook.

 

The Crucial memory report for your notebook also indicates the same.
