HP ENVY Laptop - 13-ba0512sa

Hi everyone, 

 

My HP 13 laptop hinge is broken. I noticed this seems to be a recurring problem with this model of HP. I need help on how to get this repaired. Unfortunately, my warranty has expired. Please any suggestions as to how to get it fixed by HP in Canada. It is also a Touch Screen and as such will repair specialist skills.  Most of the Help Centres I saw on the sites were more of sale shops. The laptop is still relatively new and every other thing is functioning.
