Product: HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fe0000 (77X86AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop was in sleep mode in a cool environment and it has bent from the middle a day after the overheating.  The keyboard and  and the screen both are bent.

 

The tech support has not been supportive at all in India and they are saying it's due to physical damage but my laptop is working fine. I assured them repetitively that The laptop was not physically damaged but they are saying it's not possible. 

US hp support confirmed that it was due to over heating but Indian support them is not listening.
