HP Recommended

I get a blurry screen with all of my video recording applications.  Audio and screen recordings work perfect. Have done updates, deleted and reinstalled but still does not work. I get an error message saying that a 3rd party app is running and using the camera.  I can't find it.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
