HP 15-DW2013NT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought my laptop from hepsiburada.com Turkey.

The laptop was working perfectly and there was no overheat or anything.

I tried to test the notebook at games or programs etc.

When i open a game no heat for 5 min. but when it overheats CPUs ghz goes doown to the 0,20s so my game starts crashing ,twitching etc.

i downloaded hp coolsense and im waiting it to do something.

even if i open Opera GX fan starts working like my neighbour turned on a electric vacuum

thats the problem i hope you can find a solution

I downloaded and installed the BIOS update and others perfectly as i said.

It seems to be working on normal use but still overheats a lot in programs, games etc.

I really hope to find a solution

Thanks 😄
