I cant turn on my laptop. The put a new charging cable, still not working. After plugging in there is no charging light. I ordered a replacement battery and replaced a new battery still no charging light. Right after putting replacement battery i hear a click noise ever 3-4 seconds. Not sure whats going on.

Need help! My warranty is expired. My Laptop's SN # is [Personal Information Removed]
