Hello there! I'm having a problem with my HP 15 notebook whenever i'm using it. I've calibrated the battery around 4 times already through almost 6 months of owning this laptop. I never discharged the battery under 20%, constantly discharging it to 30-40% from 100%. My configurations are set as Maximum Performance while plugged on AC, and Better Battery life when being on the battery.
I don't know if my device's battery starts to degrade, but constantly having to calibrate this is not my thing, because it can do worse damage to the battery as far as i know.

Is there any way to send my computer to HP to get it repaired since this device is still under warranty? Also the cooling fan starts to do like a vibrating noise when it's running at maximum speed. I have no idea if this computer has been ever fine since it started to operate like a piece of garbage after a month or two since i purchased it, but if i buy a new computer from HP, i expect to have some good reliability since i know this company is known for being reliable. Like, excuse me to say but this product works so bad that it makes me use my 2012 HP EliteBook 2560p with it's fan being on when plugged on AC. If there is anyone willing to provide me a HP Customer Support phone number for Romania, thank you for your help. Else, i might look to Dell machines or even Asus since HP disappoints me...

Here are the requested screenshots. Since this issue persists i'm really willing to give up on HPs. On this laptop i have battery issues, on my old 2012 HP Compaq Pro 6300 SFF i changed the motherboard 2 times in 1 year. Literally HP starts to be a nonsense with crap home and second hand products.

So it seems like i gotta update my system...
Hmm, alright i guess, though i don't get it why the Diagnostics are placed on my SSD's UEFI partition...maybe it's a HP way to keep the main things outdated but to force users maintain windows on their devices. Still, i have no explanation, but thanks for the reply! I'll try updating my system because it might help it with something...

Hello there!
So far i fixed the battery issue, from 2 hours of battery life i got 9 hours now. I had to update the Diagnostics UEFI since i erased my NVMe drive for installing Windows 10 instead of the stock 11. I remembered i also been gaming a bit on the battery so perhaps that triggered the support assistant to Calibration Mode. I've seen the last BIOS update but i'm unsure if it's safe, so if anyone out there sees this, please let me know.

I still have to do a couple of updates on this computer's firmware, yet i don't know really how to keep my machines up to date since i always ran on 2012 outdated HP computers. Thank you for your help on this ticket.
