I am considering a RAM Upgrade for my HP OMEN and wanted to know that since my laptop came with 16GB Of RAM does that basically mean that there are 2 8GB RAM Sticks In it? Plus I am considering buying 2 sticks of 16GB RAM For my laptop so will that make my laptop have a total of 32GB Of RAM in total After the upgrade?

Yes, according to the product specs the notebook comes with 2 x 8 GB of memory to get the 16 GB total.

You would have to remove both 8 GB memory chips and install 2 x 16 GB memory chips to get the 32 GB total.
