Since I bought my computer I have been noticing that it did not work properly.
My computer is not able to run a virtual machine correctly.
It has many bugs, suddenly it stays as if the windows key is pressed and until I restart it does not work properly.
If the computer has been running for more than 1 hour, the touchpad does not detect my finger, I have to use an external mouse if it is not impossible to use it.

I see you are experiencing issues with the OMEN Gaming Laptop PC.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
