Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I have an HP Pavilion 15 from 2017. I recently purchased a new battery in February 2022 and the 6-month warranty is still valid. Last night there was a battery explosion which has completely burnt and destroyed my laptop. What am I supposed to do? My laptop is totally destroyed. Even if I claim the battery warranty, how would this help me if the laptop is gone?

Hi, I am really sorry to hear about this.

But don't give up on this, try to contact HP Support and see what they have to say about the warranty since it is still valid.

Hi @Charlieltuah1,

Thanks for your answer. Any idea if I should contact Distributors, Commercial Resellers or Service Partners in this regard? These are the only three categories for which contact numbers are available in my region.

Hi @Tee_95 contact the Commercial Resellers.
