Hello everyone,
I recently got a brand new HP Pavilion Gaming Notebook with an Intel i7-9750H CPU, and I'm encountering some troubling issues. The CPU temperature spikes up to 85-86°C, which is worrying. I've tried undervolting the CPU by -125mV, but it hasn't helped lower the temperature. Moreover, both the CPU and GPU fans were replaced just after one month of use.
In addition to the high temperatures, I've noticed occasional system freezes and unexpected shutdowns, which disrupt my gaming and work sessions. I'm starting to wonder if these temperatures are normal and safe for the long term. If not, what steps should I take to fix these problems? Could it be related to the thermal paste, cooling system, or something else? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
