Hello @Zoey7886,
Thank you for replying to me,
I'd like to share some updates,
After having my cooling liquid reapplied and making sure it's properly applied, I noticed a change,
My laptop is still freezing, but not with the same frequency, it was up for 6 days (hibernating and powering on daily), I thought problem has been solved, but it then froze again, so I thought the exact same problem is still existing, but today it's up for 7 days, without freezing, I don't know whether the frequency of freezing has changed or it's just a coincidence, and I wanted just to update you,
And Regarding the troubleshooting steps you mentioned:
1. I've updated the drivers and BIOS in previous steps
2. Windows is fully updated
3. Hardware Diagnostics shows everything is passed, no errors, no problems
4. Full system scan doesn't show any malware
5. I'm always monitoring the resources usage, and nothing is consuming much resources (Also the freeze doesn't happen due to high resource consumption, before about a month, I've tried using up to 85% of CPU and RAM for more than 2 days and no freezing happened)
6. Freezes didn't start recently, it's happening too much time ago
Note: I've changed my OS between Linux and Windows, I've formatted my NVMe before, and the freeze is still happening, so I don't think it maybe a problem related to the OS or any process running on the OS
Thank you,
Regards
