My laptop shows strong magnetic properties on the right corner next to the touch pad. What should I do to solve this ptoblem

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Could you explain what do you mean by magnetic properties?

 

Meanwhile:

Run a component test on touchpad and check if there is any hardware failure.
