I just bought HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg3000 (78G47AV), i dont know if this laptop support eGPU or not ?

Sorry no. The description of the USB-C port (where an eGPU would be attached were it compatible) is as follows:
USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (supports data transfer, power delivery, HP Sleep & Charge; DisplayPort 1.4 out up to
4096 × 2304 @ 60 Hz through adapter; HDMI 2.0 out up to 3840 × 2160 @ 60 Hz with HDCP 2.2 through
adapter)
This is not Thunderbolt and a Thunderbolt USB-C port is a prerequisite to use of an eGPU
