Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Hello,

the board that best suits my product problem could not be selected or is not accepted after selection. (Notebook not Desktop)

I forgot my original power supply unit at home. Here on this island I could only get a suitable one HP power supply from Omnibook. Everything fits, 19.5 volts / 16.92A, the plug is also 4.5 mm x 3.0. The current is there, I measured it. But it still doesn't work. The BIOS test does not recognise the power supply or does not want to recognise it.
(The HP original also has 19.5 volts and definitely no more than 16A. Do I have to set something in the BIOS? Is there a trick? What am I doing wrong?

The Omnibook power supply is definitely OK,
What struck me as a little suspicious, however, was that the BIOS also asked during the test whether I was using an HP power supply? This question is technically irrelevant. (It seems that this is not just about the technology.) I answered ‘yes’ to this question. It is a power supply from HP (Omnibook), even a suitable one. Maybe I'm wrong and I hope that everything can be clarified here.

Kind regards

Simon
