I want to charge my laptop with a USB C charging brick from UGREEN, but I dont know why, everytime I connect the charger i doesnt work. I have try this charger in different devices and it worked fine. the only way that I get it to work on my hp laptop is by connecting a Hub to the USB C port, and connecting the charger to the HUB.
Just to be really especific, is not an issue with the charger or the cable, is a restriction that the laptop is embracing

What is the wattage rating of your UGREEN ? Your machine has
1 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (supports power delivery 3.0, data transfer, Display Port 1.4, HDMI 2.0 out, HP Sleep & Charge) port and uses 65W charger. You should be able to charge your machine using USB-C chargers with wattage rating 65W or more.
Regards.
