Hi,
Under Hardware information, I got the warning for S.M.A.R.T. for my hard disk drive.
It says "[05] Reallocated Sector Count: 100/5, Worst: 100 (Data = 524360,0)"
How can I remove this warning? Does it indicate my hard disk will fail to function smoothly in future?

The exclamation remark in yellow triangle indicates warning about hard disk drive.
But the following copies of HDD test showed it is oKay. How is that?

If you have been using the HDD of the HP 1000-1401AU since it left the factory, then that may already be an indication that after spending so many years in continuous use it should be replaced.

Actually where you would get an accurate answer, is by performing a hardware analysis with the Hp diagnostics program, however, if you notice slowness, system crashes etc, it is better to be safe than sorry, so it is better to replace the old HDD with a 2.5" SATA 3 SSD as it will give you better performance.
