Hello,

 

My Hp elitebook 820 G1 laptop is getting a problem suddenly and i don't know why it is happening. It is getting shutdown suddenly even when the battery is at 50%. I have attached the battery report in this thread so please go through it as in it the battery life seems OK to me. But why this problem is arising. I have searched the internet and many HP users were getting same issue.

 

So, please if anyone knows the solutions for this issue please tell me as when the Laptop shutdown all of my work is gone.
