My Hp envy x360 does not recognize the ac adapter

Okay so my hp won’t recognize when the ac adapter is connected and won’t charge, I tried updating the bios and drivers, also deleting them, I did a test on the battery and passed but since the ac adapter isn’t recognized can’t do a test.

the ac adapter works fine on other computers.

it charges really slow like 20% a day.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the AC adapter is not getting detected.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

If the continue facing the issue, then try using a different adapter (if available) and check if it helps.
