Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

My HP pavillion model 14  is not responding when the window is window 11 why is this happening to my hp is there anyone to help me please?

I take it that you purchased the version with FreeDos 1.2 installed.

 

Is that accurate?

 

Can you provide more details?

 

 

Did you upgrade it by creating an HP Cloud Recovery USB flash drive or with  RUFUS?
