Hey Guys. Please I need your help I am very desperate. On my Hp Omen 17 my keyboard and touchpad stoppen working. Only asdfqwer key can be used. I already reinstalled the drivers, updated erverything, startet in safestart mode and and and. Ich really hope it’s not the hardware but nothing happend to the laptop the last days and the problem occurred just randomly now. Can you please help me?

Thanks for the quick information.
Unfortunately, this model does not have a driver for Windows 11, so it may have some functions that do not work.
You can try to install the Windows 10 driver yourself:

Check some external websites for an alternative driver: Ma-Config; Driver Easy; Driver Booster; Driver Collection

thank you very much for your ideas and input. I will try this tomorrow and write you back. You’re right that some functions aren’t working correct. But only since the las windows update. For example while trying to fix the keyboard problem I figured out, that I cannot create a reset point in windows because „System Restore is unable to create or revert to previous restore Point“. Furthermore my omen Gaming Hub isn’t working right and I can’t reset the laptop to fabric setting because it shows me an error with the connection.
I don’t know what causes all of this. Last week everything on my pc worked fine so I think it must be the latest update that messed the system up.
I will update you if your ideas of getting the drivers from external websites worked. Thank you again very much for your help.
