HP EliteBook 840 G5 Base Model Notebook PC

Hi Greetings all,

ISSUES: USB power is still on After Shutdown "HP EliteBook 840 G5" Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz 1.99 GHz,
Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed]

I can't fix this problem ☹️

I'm trying to stop this problem in many ways, but Despite my efforts, I haven't been able to stop this problem.

1). Device manager> battery>ACPI option right click uninstall
2). Device manager>USB root Hub> Properties > Power Management > 🔲 Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power is Unchecked.
3. control panel> power option> choose what the power button do> Change setting that are currently unavailable > 🔲Turn on fast startup is Unchecked.
4.) Run CMD as admin and type powercfg -h off
5). Restart >F10> BIOS>Power Managements >Boot Option> 🔲USB storage Boot Unchecked
6). Restart >F10> BIOS>Power Managements >System Option> 🔲 USB Type C-Connector system softwear (UCSI), and wake on USB option Unchecked
7). Restart >F10> BIOS> Advance> Port option> 🔲 Unchecked Left, Right, Docking, Legacy port Charging, Thunderbolt type c-port

All USB Port option Unchecked 🔲 also the same result

Is there anything else I can do, but It was nothing, it's a pleasure to try to help you 😃Setup BIOS also nothing stopSetup BIOS also nothing stopAfter shutdown USB power onAfter shutdown USB power on
