This issue is coming in my laptop that that window is not opening. it is telling fan error.

And this problem also came before when the laptop was in warranty.

"window is not opening." Do you mean to say that your laptop will not boot to Windows when the power switch is pressed?

 

That could mean a few different things.

 

#1 CPU fan failure -

re-seat the fan power connector and then try powering on and booting into Windows

 

If re-seating the connector has no effect, then replace the fan with a new one.
