My Laptop - HP 15 bs0xx is abruptly shutting down at 50-70 percent battery still left with.
Action items taken so far-
1. Updated the driver from device manager.
2. updated the BIOS .
3. HP Hardware diagnostic test completed- checked for all the components list and it showed OK.
4. Battery result showed also OK. Cycle count 230/300 . And all the cell voltage was above 4000+ mv.
5. However , while i clicked the OS fix from HP support application , somehow i was using windows 10 PRO(pirated copy), it was changed to windows 10 Enterprise edition build version 1909. Don't know if this is causing the issue. Need expert guidance.
6. Also changed the power plan settings and tried doing the hard reset by unplugging the adapter , removing the battery. Then , holding the power button for 15 secs and then again plugging in. Still , no results.
My laptop is not even 2 years and I am facing this issue. Kindly assist me ASAP. I even call the help-desk and no proper support has been received. Kindly assist with the correct solution to resolve it permanently.
