Product: 15-au114TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop (15-au114TX)  battery is not charging more than 30% and that is also indicating in windows and it also not charging while the slid is closed. I'm facing this problem for the past one month. Once the charger is disconnected the battery works as it is from the state of 30%.

I had tried all the 3 ways you mentioned, and charged it for the past 3 hours now it's not charging more than 16%
