Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Omen Sequencer has a built-in USB Port for easy cable management. 
Problem:
I have a OMEN GAMING MOUSE 600
When I plug it in into the Keyboard built-in USB port, my mouse does not work...But It works when it's plugged into the System USB Port..
ALSO WHEN I plug some other mouse into the Keyboard built-in USB port, it works..
PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS MOUSE 600 ISSUE WHEN PLUGGED INTO Keyboard built-in USB port,
