Product: HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-dv2000 (4Z018AV)

My new HP pavillion laptop battery discharges 6 to7% per day when the laptop is OFF. if today is my battery charge 100%, try to turn on the laptop after 8 to 10 days. The laptop does not start without a connecting charger. battery completely drains.
