Help-on the laptop OMEN by HP - 17-an017ur

 does not start open command center with hotkey OMEN, prompt how to set the key for the program? The problem started after the application was updated. It is also impossible to put a command through the application shortcut - quick call.
Reinstalling the program did not help!

You could try the following:

 

HP System Event Utility 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91504.exe

 

OMEN Command Center SDK Package

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98501-99000/sp98588.exe

 

Running an automatic update scanner through HP Support Assistant also works.

I used to be an HP Expert. I no longer participate in this community.
