My RAM is being used upto 60%. And also the Windows defender is not letting me do the quick scan.

Hello, for the RAM we need to know what processus are using a lot of RAM. You can know this in the task manager, by clic on the memory. 

For Windows Defenter, what is the error do you have when you try to execute a scan??

Firstly thanks  for replying on my question.

As you said, I checked out the task manager, there are more than thirty "service host:" type of services are running.

And from the time of turning on my pc, these services takes ram approx. 16mb. From 16mb it starts increasing in 0.1mb space, and it goes on upto 45mb approx. for each service.

And now it consumes upto 80% ram. (I have 8GbB RAM).

What should i do?

Hello, this "service host" contain a lot of Windows services so it is difficult to know.. If you make 2 clics on it you don't have more informations??

sysMain, windows update, windows event log, base filtering engine, windows defender firewall, backgroun task instructure, DCOM server process launcher, power, System event broker, diagnostic policy service.

These are the some services are running. There are many more in that list(Approx. 30 ). But it's hard to tell you.
